LITTLE STYLINGS ( high-end consignment in Costa Mesa), having a sales event this Friday, December 4th from 10am-6pm. The owner Melinda is not only donating her own childrens clothes, but she is asking for donations on Friday to benefit families on helpneighbors.com!

They have fabulous designer baby, kids (newborn-14 years), and maternity clothes.

Week in Review

This past week has been very busy for helpneighbors.com! Fountain Valley Montessori agreed to hand out flyers to all the parents and have a donation bin in the front of the school for parents to drop off gently used clothes and toys to families in need! THANK YOU Wendy and all of the parents who have expressed interest in helping others.

EASTWOOD agreed to hand out flyers in their take home packets to all 560 children that attend the school! Thank you Eastwood for your support!

In the past week we have had many new users sign up to request help! Thanks to Craigslist and Freecycle:)

"THE DOCTORS" TV show is a one-hour, daytime talk show delivering up-to-the-minute information from a panel of four practicing medical professionals in an entertaining format. They discuss a wide range of topics from how to decrease your risk of heart disease to child safety!

I will be posting the show topics and if you are interested in going on the show, they will add a link from their website to HELPNEIGHBORS.com!

This could be a fun way for us to come together and help spread the word about the website. They will also send us free tickets to attend the taping of some shows.

Linda contacted one of my friends from work and offered her clothes for her son. I find out that she is in need herself and lost her job two years ago. This is why the site was created! People helping people. Linda could use help and she has created a profile on the site. If you have items that you think could benefit her family - please help!

Edwards 13th Birthday!

I have received several donations so far. Thanks to Julie for donating so many clothes, baby furniture etc. I have found 3 families that can already benefit from the items.

Thanks to Brandy for donating a bunch of clothes to the foster children I am helping! The girls loved the clothes.
